Frontify - Engineering Team Lead

• Oversee the engineering team in developing and maintaining brand fundamentals for our products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product development goals with company strategy. • Lead by example as a role model, mentor, coach, and advocate within your organization. • Develop strategies that align engineering practices with business objectives while maintaining high standards for quality assurance. • Drive continuous improvement in the team's processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of work output. • Facilitate communication between engineers and other departments, including marketing, sales, customer service, product management, etc., as needed by your organization’s strategy or goals. • Participate actively in company meetings such as all hands calls to stay informed about the overall business direction of Frontify. • Represent engineering team interests at executive and board level discussions when necessary for strategic alignment with broader organizational objectives. • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through product development, ensuring that user needs are met effectively.
