Requirements

• You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex problem-solving scenarios with high attention to detail and sound judgement. • You have a profound expertise in crypto assets and blockchain technology and are motivated to continuously enhance this knowledge in a fast-evolving and challenging environment • You bring practical experience in compliance roles within the crypto, banking, or fintech sectors, with a solid understanding of AML regulations (e.g., FM-GwG) and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into effective and scalable operational processes. • You possess excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in German or additional European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) is a strong advantage, enabling you to clearly communicate complex compliance topics across diverse stakeholder groups. • You manage multiple priorities effectively, delivering high-quality work independently while actively contributing to team initiatives. You are reliable, well-organised, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Crypto Monitoring:  Lead and continuously enhance on-chain monitoring activities by analysing complex transaction patterns, identifying emerging typologies, and translating findings into actionable risk insights and scalable detection strategies. • Crypto Monitoring • Quality Assurance & Control Effectiveness: Execute and refine quality control processes and frameworks, ensuring adherence to AML/CFT standards, driving remediation of identified gaps, and implementing continuous improvement measures to strengthen operational resilience and compliance maturity. • Quality Assurance & Control Effectiveness: • Policy Development and Maintenance: Keep up to date on typologies and regulatory developments while developing, reviewing and enhancing AML/CFT policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring effective implementation and consistent application across stakeholders. • Policy Development and Maintenance: • Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyse and consolidate key data to produce clear, risk-focused reporting that supports crypto monitoring and regulatory compliance.  Provide structured insights through dashboards, summaries, and ad-hoc analyses, and ensure timely escalation of unusual or high-risk activities to the MLROs and your line manager, enabling informed and effective decision-making • Reporting & Data Analysis: • Research and Assessment: Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices in financial crime prevention and crypto assets, translating insights into structured risk assessments that enhance and continuously improve the organisation’s risk analysis framework. • Research and Assessment:
