Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and or clinical data • 2+ years of experience in value based care • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders • Would Love for You to Have • Experience with modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, Looker) • Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare interoperability standards • Experience supporting analytics or data governance in a high-growth SaaS environment • $160,000 - $175,000 a year
Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for Arcadia's strategic decision-making processes. • Develop custom data analysis tools tailored to the specific needs of our clients within Technical Operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of analytics into operational workflows. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, data analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies relevant to Arcadia's services. • Communicate technical findings in a clear and concise manner suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders within the organization.
