• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing • Proven experience creating video-first social content (in-house or agency) • Strong editing skills and motion design capability (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) • Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of analytics and optimisation • Experience creating both short-form (15–60 seconds) and longer-form video (2–5+ minutes) • A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition • Confident writing for social - clear, concise, and platform-native • Comfortable filming content (mobile-first and basic production setups) • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams • The role is remote-based, with an expectation of travel for key industry events. • Ready to Join Us?
