Requirements
• Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions • Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams • Healthcare or post-acute industry experience • $130,000 - $142,000 a year • US: At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $142,000 and 10% bonus and Full-time benefits. • Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. • The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives • Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product • Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support • Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability • Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions • Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements • Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements • Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions • Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution • Your Key Strengths: • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support • Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives • Experience supporting strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements • Ability to influence roadmap discussions through data-driven market intelligence and competitive analysis
