• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare operations. • Analytical Skills: Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables) and experience using data to tell a story • Tooling: Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and project management software like Asana or adjacent CRM tools to leverage data visualization storytelling • Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate executive-level conversations. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs • Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders • Industry Context: Experience working within high-growth startups, health plans (payers), or health systems. • Process Design: Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and building scalable SOPs or documentation. • Experience presenting insights to external clients or partners • We're serious about your well-being!
