Requirements
• 2+ year of experience with email automatization and push notifications campaigns: user onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn-reduction campaigns. • Understanding of digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM regulations, GDPR and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, IP/Domain reputation. • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance. • Good knowledge of English — Upper-Intermediate level and above and strong copywriting skills to compose “clickable” subject lines and letter texts. • Experience in improving open rate, click rate. • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for campaigns success. • Systematic and structural approach to work. • Initiative and proactivity in daily work. • Interest in understanding how business works / interest in product thinking. • Responsible and attentive to details to ensure accurate and error-free campaigns. • Recruitment process: • HR interview -> Test task -> Technical interview -> Team fit interview -> Offer
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in converting free users into the paid customers via email and push notifications campaigns. • Develop and implement email and push notifications automation workflows. Coordinate campaigns, including planning, asset gathering, building, managing approvals, scheduling, QA, and deployment. • Manage and optimize automated omnichannel campaigns across email, web push, mobile push and SMS channels to drive customer engagement and retention, and to improve conversion rates and achieve premium user base growth. • Conduct A/B tests of e-mail and push notification strategy, including delivery timing, segmentation performance, tailored offers, and subject line testing to develop best practices for ongoing email campaigns to optimize key email-marketing and product metrics. • Create reports on campaigns' performance: segmentation, conversion rate, drop-off, and other key performance metrics. • Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor email marketing and retention strategies to identify opportunities for improvement. • Generate innovative ideas and hypotheses to enhance the existing framework of retention instruments and drive user loyalty and lifetime value. • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to implement initiatives related to retention instruments, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and customer experience.
