You love what you do and you do it with purpose. • 14+ years of experience with strong understanding of IT systems, development, and DevOps concepts including APIs, CI/CD, containers, and cloud basics • Professional experience with cybersecurity concepts, specifically vulnerability management, exposure management, and threat management • Proven experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL with the ability to troubleshoot data issues end-to-end • Working proficiency in Python for data parsing, transformations, API interaction, and automation • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience • Experience integrating security tools and data such as SIEM, EDR, VM scanners, CNAPP/CSPM, ticketing/CMDB, identity, or cloud logs • Direct experience working with data transformation pipelines • #LI-RM6 #LI-Remote • At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with. Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Services to translate complex customer requirements into actionable implementation and integration plans • Connect diverse cybersecurity and IT sources including EDR, Cloud, and CI/CD while performing data mapping, normalization, and enrichment • Audit customer data across environments to identify quality issues, security gaps, and specific remediation steps • Use Python and APIs to configure, customize, and automate data transformations and platform workflows • Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and provide field-based insights to Engineering to drive product improvements
