Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript, with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering • Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth) • Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial) • Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks • Business process analysis skills — you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes • Bonus: experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry • Ideal backgrounds include: • Tier 1 CS program + top consulting firm with technical implementation work • Tier 1 tech company with a customer-facing component • Software engineering + entrepreneurial experience in a customer-facing business • KEY SUCCESS DRIVERS • Technical curiosity: You pick up new skills fast, can own complex implementations independently, and stay current on AI • Customer ownership: You manage expectations, drive delivery, and don't let problems sit — you hold on until it's solved • Business intuition: You can break a business problem into technical pieces and tie the work back to real outcomes • Ownership mentality: You make things happen without being told twice and pull in the right people when needed
Responsibilities
• Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans • Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems) • Own implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion • Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle • Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows
