Xpansiv - Lead Software Engineer (Frontend)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field from an accredited institution, or comparable practical experience. • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience using Angular. • Demonstrated experience building externally facing, client-facing web applications. • Proven success delivering scalable, component-based user interfaces across multiple release cycles. • Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and design patterns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Comfortable collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Client Services. • Ability to quickly learn and apply new business domains, tools, and technical concepts. • Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Angular (v11+) and UI component libraries (e.g., Kendo). • Solid understanding of web standards and technologies, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and related front-end ecosystems. • What can you expect throughout the interview process: • Step 1- Shortlisting of resume & Recruiter screening • Step 2- Take-home assessment • Step 3- Technical Interview with the team • Step 4- Key Stakeholder + Final hiring manager interview
