Requirements
• You’re an early-career IT professional who loves solving problems and helping people. You take pride in delivering exceptional support while continuously looking for smarter, faster ways to work. You’re comfortable getting hands-on with systems, scripting small automations, and improving day-to-day workflows. You see IT as a foundation for learning modern infrastructure and automation, and you’re eager to grow in a technical, fast-paced environment surrounded by smart, collaborative peers. • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, including deskside or trade floor experience. • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong understanding of operating systems (macOS, Windows) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). • Experience with SaaS administration and mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Jamf or Intune. • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, OneDrive, and related productivity tools. • Excellent customer service skills — patient, proactive, and positive under pressure — with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. • A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset, comfortable supporting a range of users including executives and traders. • A natural curiosity for how systems work—and how they break. • Detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc. • Exposure to Git, APIs, RESTful services, or automation frameworks. • Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Slack, Zoom, Box, and Atlassian tools.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues. • Provide white-glove support to executive users with professionalism and discretion. • Own onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and SaaS account lifecycle management. • Image, configure, and deploy macOS, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS). • Identify repetitive manual processes and design lightweight automations to eliminate them. • Write scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) to reduce ticket volume and improve operational efficiency. • Partner with Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure to improve reliability and standardization. • Help build internal documentation and scalable support processes. • Participate in on-call rotation and assist with after-hours initiatives when needed. • Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes. • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work. • This is not a passive ticket-closing role — it’s a role for someone who wants to improve the system itself.
