Requirements
• Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets • Good understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures • Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement ability • Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments • High ownership and strong execution ability • How We Work • The best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally • Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across multiple markets • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders on hiring strategy and talent calibration • Assess candidate quality through career progression, technical depth, and execution signals • Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes • Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring quality • Build strong pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering talent
