Requirements
• 8+ years in tech, including 5+ in product management with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products, specifically in international expansion or growth-focused product areas. • Demonstrated experience in a P&L-responsible product role, with a strong understanding of international business models, pricing, and growth loops. • Familiarity with digital marketing, commerce, or subscription business models in global markets, and experience navigating regulatory compliance related to international data and financial transactions. • Strong technical intuition, customer empathy, and data-informed decision-making • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders • You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. • Fluency in a non-English language relevant to a key Klaviyo expansion market is a strong advantage.
