Requirements
• 3–6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market personas, including marketing, sales, and revenue operations and the strategies they utilize to build pipeline and win deals • Demonstrated data fluency, including the ability to interpret intent signals, engagement data, and pipeline metrics to drive decisions • Experience working across modern GTM tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft, CDPs, ABM solutions, sales intelligence platforms, etc.) • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate both clearly • Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, generative AI, workflow automation) and their application in GTM use cases • Ability to explain how AI-driven insights are generated, including trade-offs, limitations, and trust considerations • Proven ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with credibility and clarity • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with a focus on business outcomes and ROI • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in complex sales environments • You thrive under pressure and enjoy the challenge of winning high-stakes presentations and competitive bake-offs. • Willingness to travel (~30%) • Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Demandbase
Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic advisor to sales, marketing, and operations leaders, helping them reimagine their go-to-market strategy using AI and data • Lead discovery conversations to diagnose root business challenges, align stakeholders, and uncover high-impact opportunities • Utilize masterful storytelling to deliver bespoke, high-impact product demonstrations that move beyond features. You will weave Demandbase’s capabilities into a compelling narrative that prioritizes value selling and emotional resonance. • Design scalable solution architectures that integrate Demandbase into customers’ GTM ecosystems (CRM, MAP, data warehouses and CDPs, sales intelligence, sales engagement and downstream tools) • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that connect platform capabilities to clear business outcomes and ROI • Translate complex data and AI capabilities into actionable insights and executive-level narratives • Partner with Account Executives to win bigger and better deals, by helping with deep-dive discovery, diagnosing business challenges and mapping appropriate solutions, influence deal strategy, and accelerate opportunity progression • Serve as a subject matter expert on Demandbase’s AI platform, ABM + buying group strategies, and modern GTM best practices • Guide customers on AI adoption, including how insights are generated, their limitations, and how to operationalize them effectively • Support RFP/RFI responses, technical validations, and security reviews • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to inform roadmap and improve customer outcomes • Contribute to demo innovation and best practices, continuously improving how we tell the Demandbase story
