Responsibilities
• You'll work directly with our AI Transformation Director Nina Möger and be the operational quarterback of the programme. In practice, that means: • Setting up and running the PMO: SteerCo prep, regular reporting on programme health, workstream governance • Coordinate and mobilise across People, Engineering, Product and Enablement to resolve dependencies and keep execution moving • Owning budget, staffing, reporting and KPIs across all workstreams • Tracking what we need to know: token costs, adoption rates, cycle-time reduction, manual workflow automation • Working with the SME working group on data privacy, client trust and compliance • Making sure "now", "next" and "later" projects don't collapse into one lane • You run things. Coordinating and reporting is part of it; it's not the whole job. • In sum, you will have a front-row seat to running an AI transformation for a fast-paced tech company with more than 2,000 people and full executive buy-in. You'll be working at the intersection of AI tooling, engineering velocity and organisational change, at a company that moves fast and wants to move faster. • It’ll be a lot of fun.
