Requirements

• We’re particularly interested in candidates who have experienced both structured professional environments and fast-moving startup settings.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders to shape and execute strategic priorities across the company • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, coordinating teams and ensuring projects move from concept to delivery • Own high-impact projects such as market analysis, financial modelling, operational improvements, and new product or market launches • Act as a connector across teams, ensuring information flows effectively and key decisions translate into action • Develop insights through data analysis, research, and structured problem-solving to support strategic decision-making • Monitor progress against company objectives and help keep the organisation aligned on priorities • Around 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or a related field • Exposure to startup or high-growth environments (must have), ideally in an operational or execution-focused role • Experience in consulting, professional services, or other analytically rigorous environments • Strong academic track record • Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving abilities • The ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them through to resolution • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with modelling or data analysis • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams • We recognise that great candidates don’t always fit a single profile.
