Requirements
• 4+ years of Product Management experience • Experience building credit card, crypto, fintech, or money movement products • Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams • Ability to understand APIs, system architecture, integrations, and data flows • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions • Excellent written communication and product specification skills • Proven ability to ship products in fast-moving startup environments
Responsibilities
• Own products from idea through launch, iteration, and ongoing performance • Define product requirements, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Engineering and Design • Build intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial and crypto concepts • Translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear product specifications • Partner closely with engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions • Use data, research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions • Analyze funnels, user behavior, and product performance to improve adoption, retention, and revenue • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to deliver impactful outcomes
