Requirements
• Fluent in English. • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience as a technical individual contributor on cutting-edge technologies. • Strong technical coding skills in Python and TypeScript. • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, or VueJS. • Experience with back-end technologies like NodeJS. • Solid understanding of software development principles including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for both technical and non-technical audiensces. • Ideally experience with LLM/GenAI models or contributing to open-source projects or libraries. • Experience as a Customer Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer (if applicable).
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain AI models for various applications within the company's tech stack. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. • Conduct data analysis to improve model performance and accuracy. • Implement machine learning algorithms in software projects as required by clients or internal needs. • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the deployed models for efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI technology relevant to our industry. • Communicate technical aspects of AI solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders within the organization. • Participate in code reviews, contribute to open source projects related to artificial intelligence when possible. • Provide training or mentorship for team members on new tools and technologies as needed.
