Auros - Senior DevOps Engineer
Requirements
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles focused on high-performance, production-grade systems. • Proficiency in Linux admin and experience in managing AWS cloud infrastructure. • Proficiency with containerized workloads (Kubernetes essential). • Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python and Bash; knowledge of Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus. • Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and production incident response. • Hands-on experience with AWS (essential), Google Cloud, Azure (desirable). • Experience with automation and IaC tools; Ansible, Terraform is essential. • Understanding of performance engineering at both the system and network levels, including tuning, profiling, and capacity planning. • Knowledge of cloud networking, security best practices, IAM and SIEM tools. • While not a requirement, experience working in, or a strong interest in cryptocurrency and finance in general is desired. • Experience in crypto trading environments (CeFi, DeFi, or both). • Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices. • Experience with supply chain security, secrets management, and secure build pipelines.
Responsibilities
• Ensure performance and reliability of mission-critical trading infrastructure by resolving bottlenecks in compute, network, storage, and application layers. • Support and improve highly available, low-latency systems with focus on automation. • Participate in day-time rotational on-call schedule for incidents and preventive improvements. • Use Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring and incident response. • Build and scale infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Ansible. • Collaborate with trading, engineering, and security teams. • Implement security practices including IAM and secure CI/CD. • 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles on high-performance production systems. • Strong Linux admin and AWS cloud infrastructure • Proficiency with Kubernetes. • Strong Python and Bash scripting; Go/JS/TS is a plus. • with observability stacks and incident response. • Hands-on with Terraform and Ansible. • Understanding of performance engineering, cloud networking, and security best practices. • Interest in crypto/finance is desired. • Work with global high-performance team across APAC, Europe, US. • Ownership of core infrastructure with direct business impact. • Solve complex problems in finance, cloud, and blockchain. • Flat, fast-moving environment with autonomy and competitive
