Requirements
• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; • You bring at least 5 years of experience working in software engineering with relevant programming experience; • Proficient in .NET backend development, including technologies such as Kafka (or equivalents), AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and generate documentation; • AI-assisted coding tools • GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code • accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and generate documentation • A growth mindset toward continuously exploring new AI technologies that can positively impact our engineering culture and delivery pipeline. • new AI technologies • Nice to have: Experience applying Kafka for real-time processing, leveraging AWS/Docker for DevOps workflows, or performing PostgreSQL optimizations. • You know how to break down large epics into smaller issues; • You worked with the concepts of IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS; • You worked extensively with microservices-based architecture and used asynchronous message-based communication; • You communicate fluently in English; German and any other languages are always welcomed;
