Requirements

• A senior-level account manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK • Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing account management strategies • Skilled at evaluating client relationships, communication processes, and requirements • Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

Responsibilities

• We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems. • Your role is practical and high impact. You will: • Review and refine AI-generated responses and outputs related to account management scenarios • Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance to business needs, and real-world applicability • Draft realistic account management case studies, including client communications, solution recommendations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management • Assess AI reasoning in areas such as client engagement, account growth strategies, and relationship development • Identify gaps or misinterpretations in proposed strategies or communications • Create variations on scenarios from multiple perspectives, such as client, account manager, or team lead
