Requirements
• You’ll own and optimize ad accounts end to end, manage 7-figure budgets, make independent, data-driven decisions, and prepare clear weekly strategies. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is motivated by scaling budgets, ambitious • goals, and continuous growth. • Paid Social Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat and/or Pinterest, with a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI • High-Budget Management: Experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend across paid social channels, with consistent performance optimization and sustainable growth • Multi-GEO Expertise: Experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, with the ability to make independent, data-driven scaling decisions • Strong Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Tableau, MixPanel etc and the ability to build custom performance analyses and frameworks • Platform & Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of paid social account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies on Meta • Autonomous & Proactive: Self-driven professional who takes ownership, operates comfortably in fast-paced environments, and proactively identifies opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Strong motivation to learn, experiment, and scale, with a focus on long-term performance and continuous improvement • Clear Communication: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights, performance results, and recommendations to stakeholders • Experience automating user acquisition workflows using AI • Hint operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) - monitor performance and make data-driven optimizations, and assist with budget allocation and scaling • Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and provide actionable feedback based on performance • Run tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and strategies • Work closely with the data team to use reports and insights effectively • Research market trends, competitors, and best practices in paid social • Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall user acquisition goals • Demonstrate ownership and proactivity by identifying growth opportunities, experimenting with new ideas, and driving sustainable increases in spend and ROI
