Chainlink Labs - Legal Counsel

• License to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent in the Republic of Ireland or the UK • 4 years at top law firm or 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) • Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and act decisively • Ability to take ownership of projects and concisely turn legal analysis into action • Prior experience with, detailed knowledge of, and a passion for blockchain technology • Ability to present complex compliance and regulatory issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct, practical and results-oriented legal advice • Experience counseling non-lawyer clients in the blockchain industry or consumer technology industry • Familiarity with legal regimes impacting the decentralised finance industry and experience with open-source software licensing • All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
