Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Experience building production-ready applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js. Experience with React Native and Electron is a strong plus.
- Consumer Product Background: Prior experience working on consumer products. Industries such as Fintech or Crypto are preferable but not mandatory
- Ownership: A track record of acting as a "go-to" person. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can define problems clearly, thinking big but scoping small to ensure delivery.
- Product Mindset: A strong customer-focused approach to building software. You are used to prioritising outcomes and impact over all else and interacting with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Quality Focused: You proactively admit mistakes and focus on maintaining and improving documentation. You make pragmatic decisions about testing levels to ensure confidence without slowing down velocity.
- Agile Experience: Comfortable working in a Scrum environment with a focus on continuous delivery and improvement

Responsibilities
- Join the Engagement Team to empower business initiatives designed to boost user engagement within Ledger Wallet.
- Drive value by increasing interaction with key features and streamlining activation for new users in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Take end-to-end ownership of feature development from initial design through implementation and delivery, focusing on the highest impact solutions using React.js, Electron, or React Native technologies.
- Iterate based on strong instincts to balance speed with depth for business-critical projects while writing high-quality code focused on meaningful outcomes.
- Actively input into shaping technical vision and ensuring scalability and reliability in solutions during early ideation stages, sharing work-in-progress for feedback.
- Manage technical debt pragmatically to strategically balance resilience with the need for rapid development cycles.
