You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment within a large organization. • Zero-to-One Mindset: You have successfully launched a new product track or "startup within a company," specifically navigating the friction of integrating new monetization tools into an existing organic platform. • Agentic Workflow Experience: Hands-on experience building multi-step AI agents that don't just "chat," but execute tasks (e.g., qualification, appointment setting, or CRM data entry). • A background in Marketplace or SaaS growth, specifically moving users from "Free/Organic" to "Paid/Subscription."
