• Background in launching AI-driven or data-intensive products • Additional Information: • The annual base salary range for this role is $170,000- $205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Vision • Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities • Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap • Identify new product opportunities through customer insights, data, and market trends • Customer Insight & Domain Expertise • Build a deep, experience-near understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making through regular, direct engagement (e.g., interviews, field observation, deal support) • Synthesize qualitative insights with product and market data to uncover non-obvious needs and shape high-conviction product bets • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in adtech and brand lift, including ecosystem dynamics, buyer personas, and industry trends • Execution & Delivery • Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch and iteration • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product initiatives • Balance speed, quality, and innovation in a fast-paced environment • Leadership & Team Building • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team • Establish clear goals, processes, and accountability across the product organization • Instill a culture of ownership, quality, and customer empathy and curiosity across the product team, ensuring decisions are grounded in real-world context—not just metrics • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver best-in-class B2B analytical products • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong product-market fit and successful go-to-market execution • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, and collaborate with marketing to define and support our Product Marketing positioning and execution • Data & Performance • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide decisions • Use data and experimentation to continuously improve product performance • Align product investments with business outcomes (growth, retention, revenue) • You bring 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role • You have a proven track record of building and scaling successful adtech products in a growth-stage environment • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with a bias toward action and execution • You have a deep understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies • You have experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams • You bring a strong analytical mindset and use data to drive decisions
