Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the Nordics/Benelux region to achieve revenue targets for our products within this area. • Develop strategic plans that align with company goals while adapting them as necessary based on market feedback, competition analysis, and evolving business needs. • Identify new growth opportunities by conducting thorough research into emerging markets or untapped customer segments in the Nordics/Benelux region to expand our client base. • Collaborate with other regional managers and company leadership to ensure a cohesive approach across different territories, sharing best practices and aligning on key strategic initiatives. • Oversee sales operations by monitoring team performance against set targets using established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), providing regular feedback, coaching, and support for professional development of the team members. • Engage with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing campaigns, social media outreach to generate leads and drive sales conversions within our target markets in Nordics/Benelux region. • Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows or webinars relevant to the company's products and services for networking opportunities with potential clients as well as staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. • Prepare detailed sales reports that provide insights into team performance metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, customer acquisition costs etc., present these findings to senior management regularly along with actionable recommendations for improvement based on data analysis. • Participate in quarterly review meetings where progress towards achieving revenue targets is discussed and strategies are refined accordingly by the regional sales team leaders under your supervision, ensuring alignment of efforts across all regions to maximize overall company performance.
