Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools. • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus. • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in writing and maintaining scripts to automate workflows. • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes. • Support the development of CI/CD pipelines and other automation tools. • Help manage and configure ServiceNow instances for incident, change, and problem management. • Assist in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and services used by the organization. • Monitor system performance and availability, providing insights for optimization. • Document SRE processes and best practices to enhance reliability and efficiency. • Participate in daily stand-ups to report progress and challenges. • Assist in backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project goals. • Contribute to sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
