Heidi - Financial Accountant

• Support the day-to-day financial accounting and month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Prepare and post journals, reconciliations and adjustments across key accounts including accruals and intercompany. • Assist with preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis to support business decisions. • Identify inefficiencies, implement automation tools and enhance financial controls and operations using technology and AI where appropriate to our growth. • Engage with non-finance teams to streamline financial processes, support cash management and provide other financial insights. • Contribute to building a high-performance finance function that is proactive and value-adding to the overall business. • Support our third-party accounting and tax providers for compliance with PH tax and statutory obligations on an ad-hoc basis. • What we will look for: • CA or CPA qualified (or final stages) • Previous experience in Big 4, private practice and/or high-growth SaaS. • Previous experience in a multinational company. • Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and/or IFRS • Exposure to process improvement, automation, or system implementations is a plus • Advanced Excel proficiency • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and stakeholder management. • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are a natural problem-solver. • The way we work • The way we work • 1.
