Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above. • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry. • High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous. • A sense of responsibility and team work spirit. • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation. • Passionate for the customer service industry and can work under different work shifts, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in both Spanish and English to a diverse range of clients from Colombia and El Salvador through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, etc. • Handle incoming queries related to account management, trading platform usage, technical issues with the app or website, general information requests about Binance services, and more. • Escalate complex customer service cases that cannot be resolved at a basic level to higher levels of support when necessary. • Maintain knowledge of current market trends, news related to cryptocurrency industry in Colombia and El Salvador as well as global updates from reliable sources like Binance's official website or press releases for better assistance to customers. • Collaborate with the team during peak times such as major price movements on crypto markets when customer queries increase significantly. ✅
