Requirements

• 10+ years in product marketing, with deep experience owning product or solutions GTM at scale in enterprise SaaS or AI • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing professionals • Deep experience marketing AI, data, or platform products, ideally to enterprise or professional services buyers • A demonstrated ability to take complex, technical product capabilities and turn them into positioning that resonates with both technical evaluators and executive buyers • Track record of building go-to-market motions that measurably grow pipeline and accelerate revenue—not just produce assets • Exceptional writing and storytelling. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word • Strategic operator who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and can set direction for others—not just execute • Experience influencing at the executive level and working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Engineering • Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, London, or New York City

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a small team of product marketing professionals as the function scales • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and narrative strategy for your team and area of the platform • Lead go-to-market strategy end-to-end. From market insight and narrative development through operational execution and performance measurement. • Develop deep expertise in your area, the buyers it serves, and the competitive landscape surrounding it • Drive thought leadership and category-shaping content, including executive-level materials and external speaking opportunities • Build enablement assets and frameworks that equip field teams to tell a consistent, compelling story • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM on high-value opportunities, bringing product and market context into deal cycles • Align cross-functionally on roadmap priorities, launches, and market feedback • Establish KPIs and reporting for your area's marketing impact, ensuring clear line-of-sight from activity to revenue
