Requirements
• 8+ years of HRIS experience • Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services • Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM • Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills • Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions. Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end HRIS analysis, solution design, and implementation • Drive HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems • Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) • Manage UAT cycles, stakeholder workshops, functional documentation, and reporting • Collaborate with Regional HR COEs, IT teams, and third‑party vendors
