Requirements
• Experience managing a team • SaaS sales experience • Track record of success in a sales development/closing role • Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to gauge success • Experience with Sales Tech Stack (Salesloft, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesforce) • Superb communication and presentation skills • Your own unique talents! Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role. • Greenhouse provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic life insurance, mental health resources, financial wellness benefits, and a fully paid parental leave program. Responsibilities
• Manage a team of SDRs, driving career ladder growth through effective mentoring and coaching • Participate and support effective onboarding training to help ramp the team • Ensure team sales goals are reached and exceeded • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to execute on world-class inbound & outbound sales processes • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
