Responsibilities
• Design and evolve scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails to support complex clinical data and asynchronous messaging systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and product managers to shape product outcomes and proactively solve ambiguous technical challenges. • Implement modular, well-tested code across the stack while exploring AI-assisted development workflows to increase team velocity and impact.
