Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of product management experience, with a focus on technical products in a technology-driven environment • Experience in insurance or Insurtech is a plus. • Technical Background: • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows. Ability to work directly with engineering teams on technical requirements and tradeoffs. • Discovery Mindset: Comfortable working in ambiguity, validating assumptions through research and experimentation, and iterating based on learnings. • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. • Agile Experience: Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial insurance, workers compensation, or related fields is an advantage but not required. • The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits. • ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
