• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. SECRET clearance. • 7+ years of experience building and operating production web systems. • Hands-on experience using Agentic AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) on professional codebases. • Professional proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. • Demonstrated ability to work across the full ecosystem, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and security fundamentals. • Proven experience with modern ORMs like Prisma and building/maintaining REST APIs. • We encourage all candidates who meet the basic requirements to apply, even if you do not have any of the following experience: • Ability to read and interpret legacy PL/SQL and Java code for logic extraction. • Experience building financial calculation engines or audit-sensitive systems. • Familiarity with Temporal workflows or complex state machine management. • Prior experience working in regulated or government environments (FedRAMP, RMF, IL-4/5). • Experience with Oracle-to-Postgres migrations. • Experience with AWS GovCloud and container orchestration via EKS or ECS. • The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
