Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a systems-heavy operational role with demonstrated ATS ownership. • Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and capacity models (SQL, Excel, BI tools). • Experience designing scalable workflows and process automation in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of systems changes.
Responsibilities
• Own and optimize the ATS (Ashby), including workflow configuration, automation, data integrity, and reporting architecture. • Build and maintain recruiter capacity models that translate hiring plans into staffing recommendations and resource allocation. • Design and deliver dashboards and analytics that inform recruiting strategy for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tooling enhancements that increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience. • Partner with Finance, People, and IT to ensure data consistency and systems interoperability across the talent technology stack.
