Requirements
• 3-7 years of agency or nonprofit experience in digital communications, fundraising and marketing for nonprofit organizations or political campaigns; • Experience managing cross-functional project teams; • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment; • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; • Experience working with eCRM platforms such as NGP, EveryAction, Salesforce or Convio Luminate; and • Passion for making our world a better place. • Background in email marketing and/or website technologies is strongly preferred. • Expected salary for this role is $77,000 per year. • This position is included in a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific employment terms and conditions are subject to collective bargaining. • We are currently working remotely with no return to office date. Applicants may reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance brand presence online. • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data to inform strategy development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives. • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including content creation, distribution channels selection, and performance monitoring. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in digital marketing. • Provide regular reports on strategy effectiveness and ROI to senior management.
