Requirements
• Experience with AI / ML products, including GenAI or LLM‑based capabilities. • Exposure to Contact Center or Customer Experience platforms. • Familiarity with speech transcription, analytics, or automation tools. • Experience supporting customer‑facing teams or participating in sales cycles. • Hands‑on experience with cloud or SaaS platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
