Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to revenue, deferred revenue, refunds, and chargebacks. • Support the monthly revenue close process, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and completeness. • Perform detailed transaction-level reviews to ensure revenue is recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606). • Assist in preparing revenue rollforwards and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between merchant processors, the data warehouse, and the general ledger. • Partner with Product and IT to ensure accurate data flows and system integrations. • Execute assigned SOX controls in a timely and precise manner. • Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits by preparing audit support and responding to auditor requests. • Perform flux analysis and explain month-over-month revenue variances. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting accuracy.
