Requirements

• Coordination experience: you've managed multiple moving pieces, tasks, or workflows simultaneously and kept things on track • Strong attention to detail: you catch the small things before they become big problems • Process driven executor: you follow established processes carefully, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver consistently • Fluent in English: strong written communication is essential • Background in research, or research operations • Experience writing or reviewing screener questions • Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups • Experience working in a fast pace environment • This is a part-time contractor position and is not eligible for employee benefits. • INCLUSIVITY AND PAY • At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Responsibilities

• Place and manage orders across panel vendors • Review and interpret customer requirements • Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively • Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues (e.g., low incidence, screener drop-off) and escalate when needed • Maintain accurate order records and documentation • Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants
