Requirements
• 🖌️ 8+ years of experience as a web designer, interactive designer, or brand designer (ideally at a Saas start-up) • 💻 Deep experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • 💡Proficient in interactive prototyping, wireframing and storyboarding • 🌈 A refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency • 📱 Strong portfolio showcasing both web/interactive design and brand design work across a range of formats • 🧠 Strategic thinker who can turn business needs into smart, brand-forward design • 📈 Familiarity with performance design and working alongside growth or web teams • 🚀 Bonus: experience with motion design, 3D or CSS
Responsibilities
• 🎨 Showcase a deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and more. • 🏠 Maintain a strong sense of storytelling across a variety of marketing and sales assets, including responsive websites, integrated campaigns, high-stakes pitch decks, editorial print production, and more. • 🛠 Collaborate with web developers, 3D artists, motion designers, graphic designers, copywriters, sound designers and stakeholders on delivering high quality designs and bring ideas to life. • 📐 Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency • 🤔 Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
