Responsibilities
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive sales for clients in the digital space. • Analyze data from various sources such as website traffic, social media engagement, and ad conversions to measure ROI of marketing efforts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative agencies, IT department, and client management to ensure campaign alignment with overall business goals. • Manage the entire lifecycle of a performance marketing project from planning through execution and analysis phases. • Identify new opportunities for growth in emerging digital channels or platforms based on industry trends and data insights. • Optimize ad spend by testing different strategies, formats, and target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness within budget constraints. • Monitor real-time performance of marketing activities using dashboards and reports; make necessary adjustments in response to changing circumstances or opportunities. • Communicate regularly with clients about the progress and results of their campaigns, providing insights into data trends and recommendations for improvement. • Stay up-to-date on industry developments related to performance marketing best practices, tools, technologies, regulations, and compliance requirements; attend relevant training sessions or webinars as needed.
