Requirements
• At least 1 year experience in campaign or project management role preferred • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking, updates, and reporting required • Ability to negotiate and deliver difficult news to clients and stakeholders necessary • Excellent time management and prioritization skills essential • Capable of managing a team of developers and assigning tasks effectively needed • Must have great attention to detail as well as be highly organized and self-starter required • Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines in fast-paced environment expected • Good team player with positive working attitude mandatory • Flexible for either APAC shifts or hybrid setup (Tuesdays/Thursdays) needed
Responsibilities
• Support the Senior Project Manager in the overall delivery of a campaign • Perform asset review and coordinate with developers for full technical review; ensure all assets are complete and correct; flag any issues that might be encountered • Ensure storyboards/mocks submitted to clients align with brand guidelines • Accurately implement client revision requests • Liaise with the design and development team in producing creatives successfully • Check campaign reports for defaults, flagging any issues found • Negotiate difficult news delivery to clients and stakeholders (implied responsibility) • Manage a team of developers; assign and prioritize tasks well • Multitask and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Work effectively as part of the team with positive working attitude • Be amenable to work on either APAC shifts or hybrid setup (implied responsibility)
