Spotify - Infrastructure Platform Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and platform tooling that supports developer workflows • Collaborate with a multi-functional team to enhance and streamline the developer experience • Contribute to the standardization and automation of development workflows across various platforms • Monitor, tackle, and improve system reliability and performance • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed • Engage in continuous improvement practices to identify and address difficulties in our infrastructure • Participate in supporting developers through our support channels • Experience with infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling • Ability to work optimally with AI tools • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar) • Comfortable working in the command line • Experience with CI/CD systems or build tooling • Curiosity about how things work and an aim to improve them • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive demeanour towards learning • Experience with Bazel or similar build systems • Background in mobile (iOS/Android), web, or backend development • Experience with mono-repo tooling and workflows • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools • This role is based in London or Stockholm • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
