Requirements
• 5+ years in software engineering, including experience leading engineering teams • Experience driving growth or revenue-impacting initiatives • Strong frontend background (React preferred) and AWS expertise • Deep experience with experimentation frameworks and performance optimization • Proven ability to improve team performance and operational maturity • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills • What Makes You Stand Out • You lead through influence and clarity • You think in systems, not just features • You balance speed with long-term quality • You connect engineering decisions to real customer outcomes • Base salary is $157,000-233,000 annually. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, location, and other job-related reasons.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Product to design and execute rigorous experiments • Define KPIs, establish control groups, and leverage tools like LaunchDarkly • Optimize onboarding funnels and reduce user friction • Support React-based development within AWS environments • Drive performance through data-informed iteration • This work directly contributes to user and revenue growth. • Quality Engineering • A team of QA and Test Automation professionals responsible for raising quality standards across Engineering. • Expand automation coverage and strengthen release confidence • Improve delivery predictability and operational discipline • Advocate for secure, resilient software practices • Influence quality standards beyond your direct team • Success means delivering measurable business impact while strengthening how we operate at scale.
