Requirements

• 5+ years in customer marketing, community, or advocacy at a B2B SaaS company. Responsibilities

• Own case study production from interview to publish, and make sure reps actually use the content. If it lives in a folder nobody opens, it doesn't count. • Own case study production • Build and manage a testimonial library that's always fresh, always accessible, and growing. You'll know what's in it better than anyone. • Build and manage a testimonial library • Run a customer advocate community — a curated group of customers who are tapped for testimonials, co-marketing, content, speaking opportunities at ApolloNEXT, and more. • Run a customer advocate community • Own public advocacy at scale. You'll build and run a program that gets advocates singing Apollo's praises where it matters — LinkedIn, G2, community forums, and beyond. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
