Requirements

• You have experience working with brand or awareness media, and understand how to build presence beyond performance channels. You are comfortable operating across formats/channels and know how to identify high-impact opportunities. • You combine strategic thinking with execution and creativity. You are able to define how something should be done, but also take ownership of making it happen: from planning to negotiation to launch. • You are highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally, particularly with International Marketing teams to incorporate regional insights, and with Growth Marketing to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and with strategic communications to amplify earned opportunities. • You have a strong sense for creative and context, understanding how messaging needs to adapt depending on where it appears. You are comfortable working closely with creative teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life. • You are structured in your approach, able to build frameworks and playbooks that scale across markets. At the same time, you are pragmatic and comfortable testing, learning and iterating quickly. • Most importantly, you are motivated by building something from the ground up: creating how a company shows up globally, and turning that into a repeatable and scalable system. • Experience. You bring 8+ years of experience in media buying, brand or marketing roles, with a strong track record of owning and scaling awareness initiatives in B2B, SaaS or high-growth environments. • Cross-market leadership. Demonstrated experience operating globally, with the ability to balance global consistency with deep local nuance through strong collaboration with regional teams. • Agency & partner leadership. Extensive experience sourcing, briefing and leading external partners (agencies, media owners, production partners), with a clear point of view and a high standard for output. • Operational excellence. Proven ability to build and implement scalable systems, processes and frameworks that improve efficiency and elevate execution quality globally. • Measurement & impact. Strong understanding of awareness measurement, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret signals and translate insights into strategic decisions. • Communication & storytelling. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, align teams and translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives. • Industry depth. Experience in SaaS, legal, professional services, or complex enterprise sales environments, with an understanding of sales cycles and high-value audiences. • Budget ownership. Experience managing and allocating significant global media budgets, including ownership of investments exceeding $10M, with a focus on efficiency, prioritisation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Global paid media awareness. Own Legora's global paid media strategy and execution, defining where and how we invest across channels and markets to build consistent, high-quality brand presence. • Creative distribution. Own the paid media expression of Legora's brand globally. Ensure creative lands in the right contexts, formats and placements to break through and build awareness at scale. Work closely with Communications, International Marketing and Growth Marketing to distribute ideas and campaigns fully across the 360 mix. • Campaign architecture & roll-out. Define how paid campaigns are structured and scaled globally. Launch pilots, learn quickly, and expand with confidence. Build repeatable playbooks that increase speed and impact. • Media ecosystem. Own and evolve our global paid media setup: agency structure, partner management, and output quality across all channels and markets. • Global paid media platform. Define how we buy media at scale: tools, processes and operating model to run consistently across markets while staying flexible where needed. • Guidelines & quality bar. Establish global paid media guidelines covering channel selection, placement standards and what excellence looks like across regions. • Budgeting & allocation. Shape the global paid media budgeting process, aligning investment with strategy and ensuring efficient allocation across markets and channels. • New market launches. Define the paid media role in new market launches, ensuring channels drive impact from day one. • Global roadmap. Own and continuously improve Legora's paid media roadmap to increase effectiveness and efficiency over time. • Tracking & KPIs. Define how we measure paid media impact globally: reach, frequency, share of voice, brand lift and qualified traffic , and ensure insights feed back into planning, creative and investment decisions — in close collaboration with Growth Marketing, who own performance measurement, and Communications, who track earned and organic signals.
