Responsibilities

Proactively identify market opportunities, user needs, and technological advancements to shape its future, and continuously evolve the strategy based on insights and performance. • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the entire product lifecycle for your capability, from initial concept and discovery through development, launch, and continuous post-launch optimization. Drive cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet defined success metrics. • Outcome-Driven Product Backlog Management: Own and manage complex or high-impact product backlogs for your designated area, ensuring they are meticulously prioritized, well-defined, and directly support the product strategy and overall WPP Open roadmap. Translate high-level strategy and user needs into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with measurable outcomes. • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central orchestrator, working closely with engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and other product stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Drive alignment, resolve impediments, and proactively engage a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior managers and end-users, to gather feedback, build consensus, and influence the roadmap. • Data-Driven Continuous Improvement: Establish and manage robust mechanisms for gathering user feedback and analysing product performance data. Translate insights from market performance, user feedback, and analytics directly back into the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement. • Complex Problem Solving & Strategic Decision Making: Analyse and resolve complex product-related problems, considering broader implications and introducing new approaches to improve efficiency. Demonstrate strong prioritization and decision-making skills, especially under ambiguity, to ensure valuable features are delivered and strategic goals are met. • Mentorship & Team Development: Actively mentor and guide sharing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
