Requirements
• 8+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional depth in systems thinking, interaction, and visual design — and a track record of leading complex initiatives at scale • Demonstrated experience operating as a Staff or Principal-level IC, including shaping strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing without direct authority • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and advanced design system architecture • Proven experience scaling design systems across large teams, products, or platforms • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles • You think in design systems and see the world in tokens, patterns, and reusable foundations • Experience designing across multiple touchpoints including web, mobile, voice, and emerging interfaces • A sophisticated approach to using motion and microinteractions to guide and engage users • Familiarity with gamification principles and a strong sense for where they add real value • Fluency with AI tools to move faster from concept to prototype and to bring new ideas to life • Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow other designers — your work is multiplied through the people you elevate • Strong opinions, loosely held — you can articulate design rationale clearly to engineers, PMs, and executives alike • What Sets Us Apart • Culture is our advantage. Responsibilities
• Designing user interfaces for digital products to enhance customer experience. • Conducting research on target audiences' needs and preferences through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, developers, marketers, content strategists, copywriters to ensure a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints of the digital products. • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for various stages of development using industry standard tools like Sketch or Adobe XD. • Iterating on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users through regular testing sessions to refine user experience (UX). • Analyzing data related to customer behavior patterns and usage statistics, providing insights for product improvements. • Staying updated with the latest UX design trends and best practices in order to continuously improve designs based on industry standards.
